1. The list of arbitrators is arranged according to the following 10 major specialties:

　　Real estate: the dealing of commercial houses, associated estate development, house leasehold, transfer of land use right, compensative fee for removal of house, house agency, etc.;

　　Development projects: construction, supervision, design, landscape, etc.;

　　Housing decoration;

　　Corporation: joint-stock, contract, etc.;

　　Finance: loan, guaranty, securities, futures, insurance, etc.;

　　Intellectual property: patent, trademark, technology, computer, etc.;

　　Maritime affairs and trade;

　　Sino-foreign joint-venture and cooperative business;

　　International trade;

　　Civil and business affairs: business dealing, the supply of electricity, water, gas and heat, bestowal, leasehold, contract of work, transportation, custody, storage, commission, brokerage, intermediation, advertising, service, travel and purchase, sale through agent, etc.;

　　In the division of the above 10 specialties, the specialty of“civil and business affairs”refers to the contract of civil and business affairs beyond the other nine specialties.

　　The parties concerned may appoint arbitrators based on the division of the above specialties or may appoint arbitrators freely in this list.

　　2. In case that the parties concerned appoint arbitrators from other provinces or cities or foreign arbitrators, the rational boarding and communication costs incurred by arbitrators handling the case shall be paid by relevant parties (marking“△”indicating arbitrators from other provinces and cities; marking“Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan”in the bracket indicating arbitrators from relevant places; marking“foreign”in the bracket indicating foreign arbitrators).

　　3. Arbitrators with the mark of“*”are the staff in post in this Commission, not accepting the appointment by the parties concerned.
